TradeLine policies
Privacy Policy
TradeLine is a missed-call intake service for home-service trades. It captures a voice intake and hands the business a callback lead. It is not a text-recovery service. This policy describes how TradeLine processes information connected to a service inquiry.
Information we process
When someone misses a configured call and the voice pilot takes the intake, TradeLine may process the caller's phone number, name, service details, address if supplied, and the intake needed for the callback. This pilot does not run a text-recovery thread.
How information is used
TradeLine uses this information to operate missed-call intake and owner callback handoff. Information from a request is provided to the participating home-service business handling that request so it can respond, schedule service, and complete the requested work.
A practice intake on the public practice page stays in that browser tab. It is not saved as a TradeLine account.
A paid desk stores the business name, email, a password hash, billing status, and callback leads on TradeLine's server so they remain after you sign in again. The card number is entered on Stripe's page. TradeLine does not store the card number.
No sale of personal information
TradeLine does not sell personal information. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
