Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of TradeLine's missed-call intake, callback desk, and related tools for home-service businesses. This pilot does not book appointments and does not send homeowner texts.

Using TradeLine

You may use TradeLine only for legitimate service-request communications and in accordance with applicable law, your agreements with customers, and the requirements of your communications providers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business details, routing preferences, and service information you provide.

Service-request information

TradeLine processes caller and customer information supplied through calls, practice intakes, and business configuration in order to support service-request intake and handoff. You must have the right to provide this information and must use it only for responding to the related service request.

SMS communications

SMS features, when offered, are for documented service-request communications and require appropriate affirmative consent before automated messages are sent. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Review the SMS Terms for opt-out, help, and consent details.

Availability and third parties

A live phone line depends on telecommunications providers that may be unavailable or delayed. TradeLine does not control carrier delivery. Businesses should keep their own process for urgent requests and customer follow-up. This desk does not place calls. The 14-day trial and the later monthly charge run through Stripe Checkout. A card is required to open a desk. The browser practice intake does not create an account and does not charge a card.

Privacy

Handling of service-request information is described in the Privacy Policy.
